This was our first Digital Arts Portrait Competition and I am certain it will not be our last. I evaluated the entries based on their artistic merit, as I would any other form of art, regardless of their technique. I was impressed by the creativity and skill of all participating artists and I hope to see even more of you next year. I congratulate you all!"
